Steve Colitz has been building and remodeling across the Atlanta Metro since 1991. The company is still shaped by the things that mattered at the beginning: knowing the work, listening closely and standing behind the finished space.
A good renovation asks you to trust people with your home and your routine. Steve understands that the project is more than a set of finishes. There are existing rooms to protect, decisions that need a clear answer and a family trying to live around the work. Colitz brings the experience to see how a new idea will fit the house that is already there.
The company has grown through kitchens, baths and interior renovations, including clients who have returned for more than one project. Today the work also includes custom millwork and specialty rooms when the design and the house call for them.
Homeowners can begin with an idea. Interior designers can bring a developed set. In either case, the goal is a finished room that feels like it belongs.
